Conquering Rasdhoo

A trip to rasdhoo for a 3 day training camp. Limited slots in this training camp to get the maximum outcome from each player. When you need a lower-impact session but still want to get in a hard workout, sand is the best option. Mostly working on strength and condition workouts, these things will provide a different stimulus to your muscles. 

Apart from the training camp, we also look forward to have a good group of players who are confident, and can face up any challenge that comes upon them in the everyday life.
